Kaspa Price Surge Amid HTX Listing Announcement
Kaspa (KAS) has emerged as a frontrunner in the cryptocurrency market, with its price climbing over 6% within 24 hours to surpass $0.048. The recent leap comes alongside the anticipation of its listing on HTX, formerly known as Huobi, pushing the token toward a critical resistance level of $0.05.
Price Gains in Anticipation of HTX Listing
Kaspa’s price has bounced nearly 9% from its recent weekly low, aligning with Bitcoin’s rebound from similar depths last week. The momentum for KAS is significantly attributed to the upcoming spot listing on HTX.

📈 Trading Starts Soon!— HTX (@HTX_Global) December 20, 2025
HTX, the crypto exchange that has transitioned from Huobi, plans to officially list the altcoin this week. Although the announcement is not new, it is expected to enhance liquidity and accessibility for traders worldwide.
Kaspa’s price surge reflects buyers’ optimism that HTX’s vast user base could lead to increased trading volume and exposure for KAS. Over the past week, KAS has appreciated by 8%, outpacing many peers. Additionally, trading volume surged by 109% within the last 24 hours, exceeding $33 million, indicating a bullish sentiment as market prices stabilize.
KAS Price Forecast and Market Insights
Since hitting nearly $0.20 in July 2024, Kaspa has been in a downward trend, with its most recent peaks reaching $0.12 in May 2025. At around $0.048, the token remains distant from those recent highs.
Bearish sentiments could suggest a retreat to lower levels; however, bulls have shown resilience, quickly reclaiming losses from a dip to $0.009 in October 2025 when Bitcoin experienced a severe plunge. Technically, Kaspa’s chart demonstrates a potential bullish reversal pattern.
A breakout from a declining trendline on the daily chart could propel KAS above $0.05. If bullish momentum pushes prices to $0.081, the all-important barrier of $0.10 may soon follow, with a possible return to the historical peak of $0.207 in the short term.
While the RSI shows improvement, moving out of the overbought territory, the MACD indicator hints at a potential bullish crossover. With the Crescendo protocol upgrade and other favorable conditions anticipated in Q1 2026, the long-term outlook remains optimistic, targeting critical price points of $0.50 and $1.00.
